No, they are not included, for our staff members we suggest US$20.00 per person per day . If your guide worked hard to put you on the fish, we suggest a tip of US$30.00 - US$50.00 per day, per boat. Something as special as a grand-slam or an exceptional experience may deserve a little more. We also suggest to tip the shuttle driver at the end of the day. (Somewhere around US$10.00 is appropriate).
