is now mandatory in Mexico, price is 118.00 Mexican Pesos per person / per day or 256.00 Mexican Pesos per person / per week, they are not included in the rate and will have to be paid in cash at the Lodge. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Cancellation Policy | | Cancellation in a booking can be made 30 days before the arrival date, with a charge of 10% of the deposit. If you need to cancel within 30 days before arrival, your payment is not refundable, but your trip can be rescheduled any time with 10% penalty. If rates are higher during new dates you will pay the difference. For day trips cancellation can be done 48 hours before your pick up time. We will refund 90% of your rate. In case of weather conditions such as tropical storms or hurricanes, trip will be rescheduled, if you are already at the lodge, we will reschedule the days you couldn’t fish because of the weather. For day trips if we cancel because of the weather you will also be able to reschedule the trip or cancel, but only if cancellation is done the day before. | | | | | | | | |

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’S)What is the Day Trips shuttle? It’s a Van scheduled every day to pick up our anglers at 5:00 am in Cancun, 6:00 am in Playa del Carmen and 6:45 am in Tulum. Drop off after fishing is about 6:00 pm in Tulum, 6:30 in Playa del Carmen and 7:30 pm in Cancun. We will be using two boats for a day trip, do we have to pay transportation on each one? Yes, each boat pays for transportation, only if you are renting three boats, the third does not pay for transportation. Do you include rods in your rates? We include two rods per boat, either fly or spinning tackle for Day Trips. Additional fly rods are available for rent at US$ 25.00 per day. Packages do not include fishing gear. What happens if I break my rod? You will have to pay US$50.00 for a fly rod and US$30.00 for a spinning rod for reparation. What kind of tackle do you provide? Fly rods we provide 7, 8, 9 or 10 weight rods, brands are TFO, Echo, SAGE, GLoomis, Penn, Orvis. Reels are Orvis, Echo, Ross, The Old Florida Reels. Spinning Rods we provide; Shakespeare and Penn 12 – 20 pounds with line 12 - 20 and 20 – 30 pounds with line 20 to 30 pounds test. Reels: Shimano, Penn and Okinawa What kind of boats do you use? Mexican flats pangas 23 foot, with two seats and a bench for another 2, poling platforms, casting platforms, rod holders, radios and Yamaha 40 or 50 HP, 4 stroke engines. What is the rate for kids? Kids under 13 don't pay additional rates for accomodations with two adults in the same room. With only one adult, kids will have to pay single rate. The couples rate is for two fishermen and you used to have a discounted price, what is the deal now? We are offering our non-fishing guests program with dolphin tours, snorkeling, manatees tour and Mayan ruins. Please let us now to quote your rate depending on season and your package. |
